Lozère Trail - The race

- Salta Bartas - 14km

The bib's withdrawal can be done:

- On the saturday from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m at the tourism office

- On sunday from 6 a.m to 9 a.m at the tourism office

Departure is at 9.30 a.m. on sunday june 3th from Chanac campground

A 14 km nature trail with 550m climbs


A track and a very accessible elevation to allow those who want to discover the trail to embark on the adventure and be part of this wonderful festival in Lozère. 98% of the trail is run on paths and single tracks.

Limited to 300 runners

There are food and drink supplies at km 7 and at arrival. A minimum of 50 cl stock drink is compulsory.

- Lozère Trail - 25km

The bib's withdrawal can be done:

- On the saturday from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m at the tourism office

- On sunday from 6 a.m to 9 a.m at the tourism office

Departure is at 9.30 a.m. on sunday june 4th from Chanac campground

fees:

It costs 24 euros before march 14th, 27 euros after. This includes registering, access to supplies, gifts and the typical meal after the race.

Description:

An authentic 25 km trail in low mountains with 1060 - meter climbs, path or single tracks on the hill - sides panoramic views.

A minimum of 50 cl stock drink is compulsory.

There is a food and drink supply at km 16 and another one at arrival.

Limited to 300 runners.

Prizes:

The 5 fastest runers, men and women will receives prizes as well as tje first man and woman in each category.

 

 - Lozère Trail - Long version- a brand new track

The bib's withdrawal can be done:

 - On the saturday from 2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m at the tourism office

- On sunday from 6 a.m to 9 a.m at the tourism office

- 7.15 a.m. departure of the shuttles to Ste Enimie where the race starts.

Fees

It costs 32 euros . This includes registering, access to supplies, gifts and the typical meal after the race.

 The shuttle for the trip Chanac / Ste Enimie, 3 euros

Description:

An authentic 54 km trail in low mountains with 2300 - meter climbs, path or single tracks on the hill - sides panoramic views. A great diversity of sites crossed les Gorges du Tarn, le Causse de Sauveterre, la Vallée du Lot. A trail in the heart of a place part of the Unesco World Heritage.

A minimum of 1 liter stock drink is compulsory, as well as a food stock.

Supply:

There is a food and drink supply at km 11. drinks ( still water, sparkling water, energic drinks, coke) food: (sugar, chestnut cream of Clément Faugier, energic food, but also cheese and sausages)

You can drink at km 20.

There is a complete supply at km 24: drinks ( still water, sparkling water, energic drinks, coke) food: (sugar, chestnut cream of Clément Faugier, energic food, but also cheese and sausages).

Same at km 36 and at the arrival.

ULTRA LOZERE

The bib's withdrawal can be done:

- Friday 2 june

          - from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m at the Chanac tourism office

- Saturday 3 june

           - from 6 a.m to 7 a.m at the Chanac tourism office

           -7.15 a.m. departure of the shuttles to Ste Enimie where the race starts.

Departure is at 8 a.m. on saturday june  3th from Sainte Enimie, to the first stage.

Resgistering

It costs 85 euros 

It includeb the transport of the bags for the runners, to the bivouac and back to Chanac. The supplies, the dinner on the saturday evening, the bivouac will take place under a conical tent on a slab. In each tent there are 7 beds with a mattress, sheets and a blanket:( you are advised to take a sleeping bag). Breakfast on the sunday morning and meal after the race in Chanac. A gift for each runner at departure and at arrival for runners who complete the race.

 shuttle on the saturday morning from Chanac to Ste Enimie: 3 euros

This year you may not take part in the bivouac on the saturday evening (dinner, sleep in the EPMM, breakfast). In this case, the fees are 53 euros without the bivouac.

Description

 Saturday june 3th: 54km and 3200m climbs

The entire route is in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, consisting of a single track to a montainside, some parts of stimulus on the Causse de Sauveterre or Causse Mejean. 53km quite technical in a calcareous environment.

Sunday june 4th: 54km and 2300m climbs

tracks less technical than the first stage. You will for 30km in the Gorges du Tarn, then a quick crossing of the Causse de Sauveterre (about 12km). A final completely changed from 2016, with beautiful single track and direct descent to the finish line in Chanac.

Sunday: 3 completes supplies in saturday in addition to arrival: drinks (still water, sparkling water, energic drinks, coke) food (energic food, also cheese and sausages)

Dependding on the weather on the day of the race more drink supplies can be added.
